Valley Business Connections is an organization of small Valley businesses specializing in word-of-mouth referrals. The VBC strategy relies on business networking that generates business referrals within many diverse networks. We meet monthly to discuss business topics of common interest to the group, network with each other, discuss referrals through outside contacts, and hear rotating presentations from members. By each member having a detailed knowledge of each other’s businesses, we all benefit from an expanded network. 

If you are a professional in private practice, an entrepreneurial tradesman, operate a business, or have a position in sales, you have a strong potential for building your sales revenues through VBC. 

Becoming a member of VBC is like instantly acquiring a new team of sales people to help you find referral opportunities for your business. Once your application is accepted by the organization, you will be the only person in the group able to market for business referrals in your line of business—VBC allows only one person per business category to join. 

VBC meetings are held monthly. It is expected that our members attend every meeting and in circumstances where they can't, a substitute should be sent. Success in VBC takes time. It is all about building relationships with your fellow members and developing a good understanding of their businesses. This program is more like farming than it is like hunting—it needs to be nurtured and results happen over time.
